For developers and partner agencies
cashback.house is a private club for buyers of resort and investment property. Membership is by invitation, and closed offers open only after verification. Phuket is the club's first market, with the UAE and Bali to follow. We work with developers and partner agencies under a direct agency agreement.
Tell us about your company and your projects in your own words. A club representative will come back to you.
What a developer gets
Access to the club's closed offers opens only after a passport check and a qualification questionnaire. What reaches you is a person with a defined budget and a stated intent, not an anonymous inquiry.
Every company in the catalog has an open profile: projects, legal structure, and the promised and actual handover dates for the projects where the club has collected them. Where a delivery record is not yet collected, the profile says so. Delivery discipline stops being a claim and becomes visible reputation.
Part of the commission the club receives from you is returned to the buyer as a member privilege. The price of the property does not change; what changes is the buyer's reason to complete the purchase through the club.
How it works
We look at the company, the project portfolio and the delivery history. The first conversation commits neither side to anything.
We set the commission terms in writing, along with how a buyer is registered to the club. Without a signed agreement a project does not enter the catalog.
Layouts, prices, permit documentation and construction stage go through the club's audit. We publish only what we can confirm.
Your projects appear in the catalog and your company profile is public. A club representative takes the member's inquiry and brings it through to a personal introduction with you.
What we ask in return
An agreement with the developer or an authorised agency, with written commission terms and a clear buyer-registration procedure.
Layouts, prices, permit documentation and construction stage, in a form we can check and keep current.
We publish both the promised date and the actual one. A schedule slipping is not the problem in itself; being the last to hear about it is.
